 Who Am I ?

Life never fails to surprise us, and it is no different for me. I was a normal student preparing for JEE, while carrying along my school burden, when one day, while I was sitting in the classroom and toggling with one problem, it struck to me that life would be so much fun if only I could pursue mathematics as my career, along with statistics. It was a brave decision, because cracking up mathematical entrances is not a very easy feat, and takes a whole lot amount of perspiration and hard work, and most importantly parent's decision, since it has always been a myth that going into the top tier colleges related to mathematics and statistics is an un-doable job, and requires a whole lot of training and practice.

I convinced my parents about it, and decide to give my best for achieving it.

My JEE ranks were okayish, but it was not my matter of concern since I had completely left my JEE prep and was focusing on getting into ISI,CMI or IMA.

I didn't sit up for JEE Advanced, and started to completely focus on Mathematics as a way of success in the career.

I missed ISI by close to 10 marks, and CMI by a mere 3 marks, but somehow made it to IMA, and here I am studying, currently in my 1st yr.

This was during one of the festivals, where I was keenly looking at the camera, to click myself and etch me onto the memory books of IMA.

This was during the festival of lights, otherwise called Diwali.

This is me during my relaxation time, where I am focusing on competing with my seniors, in this beautiful game.

I don't know what future holds for me, but yes am constantly looking out for making my future better, looking out for better opportunities. 

I wanna go for higher studies, and am in a knack of doing my Masters in Financial Mathematics from London School of Economics, and then complete my doctorate from somewhere outside of India, and then join up as an investment banker.

Well, this is a whole tough job and is my dream, but yes am always welcome to suggestions and better options, so feel free to comment and guide me.....
